There's positives and negatives in this announcement
bad news is ASIC are reviewing the books, meaning most likely also the auditors file which is used to assess whether the books and annual report have been prepared correctly
interesting interpretation by isx on what's a related party... that loan is clearly with a related party quite clearly under s228.. obviously the auditors thought so too which is why they disclosed it. Non matter anyway as the loan was repaid.
more to come from this, I'm sure. Hopefully there is no smoking gun.
