What factual evidence? With regards to the issues plaguing the company? The investigation by ASIC is still ongoing and there would be no factual evidence until then.
I believe the question that needs to be asked is this:
Are the revenue numbers and growth legitimate? If yes then there is nothing to be worried about. I believe, however, that at least some people, which may include some of the most staunch defender of this company, have varying level of doubts in that regard. So that needs to be thoroughly addressed and we wouldn't get any certainty until the investigation is over.
You mentioned factual evidence, the absolute incontrovertible truth is that there are many cases in which media articles are proven to be absolutely correct. One such case relates to the investigative journalistic piece written by Jonathan Shapiro about BIG UN. If you truly have extensive experience then you wouldn't have written such inane response.
There is no factual evidence yet other than ISX themselves is being investigated by ASIC and they are cooperating with the investigation.
