Nasha, I know the OM report is in existence. I wonder who knew of the content pre 10 Sept 2019. Who would have known of the report (or had been consulted) while in its draft state? I seriously doubt whether the content is factual or researched or informed. OM have certainly NOT published their report claiming factual research - given the OM disclaimers we know of courtesy of the ISX ANN 13 Sept -
