Ann: Response to ASX Query, page-201

At the moment from the little information we have it appears as though ASX and ASIC are looking for issues with continuous disclosure. It appears as though the ASX did not find anything. Many of the questions that the ASX asked could have been asked after the Annual Report was released, I am not sure why they have asked them now ?

We will have to wait to see if ASIC finds some problems with continuous disclosure, until then it should be business as usual. The business is now profitable and growing and hopefully it will stay that way.
