Really need to question the timing of this ASX Query , given the due date of the webcast tomorrow. You could throw 10 darts at a list of companies on the ASX with worst finnancials than AJX. So the question is who woke up ASIC and secondary why at this precise time?.
Things that make you go Hmmmmmmm. Either way it didn't alter the state of affairs much.
