So a company racks up debt by chasing, defending and losing court cases thus spending even more money gets to pay its directors such high fees for wasting company funds?

I’m amazed this is allowed to continue and I hope it doesn’t go unnoticed something tells me it will unfortunately. A big magnifying glass needs to be put on them because they have no product. If they had a product they’d be able to demo it.
also how is George able to pay 100k back to zyb when he owes 200k for a court case he lost??
