    Rykster ..... Some very pertinent points made but there's one glaring error in your assessment. Mr Kabunga did not "put a wad of cash back in his pocket". He received VRC shares and a net smelter royalty for his tenements. So any return, in a cash form, is totally dependant on the success of VRC.My guess (and that's all it would be) is that by signing over the gold tenements for a share issue he is hoping to maintain some value in the huge investment he already holds in VRC. If the exploration of the new tenements proves successful then he may indeed put that wad of cash back in his pocket. This may be a calculated gamble on his part (as nearly all share market investments are in reality) but it also may demonstrate that Mr. Kabunga, at least, has some faith in the potential of the tenements.
