Geez there's some bollocks on this forum at the moment. Allegations of corruption, insider plays blah blah blah. If people bothered to read the announcement, PTX were worried about under subscription so extended the time for applications. FWIW I received two calls from Reach Markets asking if I was going to participate. And then there was a surge of subscriptions, so it then closed early.

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't thrilled about the separate SPP with instos - mainly as it wasn't disclosed at the time of the retail SPP. But it is what it is, PTX now has $20m in the bank and can presumably now start pursuing CAR-T while getting PTX-200 back on track. And I'm not thrilled AEF being one of the main beneficiaries from the insto SPP, particularly with its continued dumping of shares on any gains which is blocking real progress in the SP.

But FFS it's a micro biotech. If you're whinging so much, then just sell.
