I think the assets must not recognise the value of the IP, i think that's what the sentence under the assets and liabilities says in the query response.
On another note, how did these Loyyal guys clock up 3M plus of debt and only have 1K assets...surely RFN can claim against the directors of Loyyal for insolvent trading or breach of duty or something? Wonder of Loyyal has D&O insurance...?
