Big 4 Banks, AMP, QBE, Rio, Coles and Woolies wage scandals, residential aged care providers eg Estia, Japara etc.
Dodgy corporate governance everywhere you look. The people who occupy these offices tend to be mainly driven by greed so it’s no surprise.
Just needs to be factored into the investment case ie some discount / extra scrutiny applied for having management that tends towards being overly promotional. I’ve been invested in the opposite (management who don’t sell the sizzle at all) - and the SP outcome has always been worse for me
But each to their own...
