This doesn’t detract from the exciting drill results but whether it’s oversight or lack of understanding of listing rules, there appears to be poor corporate governance at the company, which some may argue is prevalent in a lot of small companies anyway. Given the general heightened trading activity during this period, ASX seems to be super vigilant.
