I was about to write a reply but I would be just duplicating what westmount has already said.
The timeline of actions is damning.
The hubris of CWY claiming that they do "not consider the investigation or the report arising from it to be the information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities" is astounding.
Vik Bansal could see what was going to happen - that's why he sold 4 million shares!
Everyone else could see what would happen - Thats why the share price has tanked.
ASX can see it - that's why they've issued a please explain.
CWY board - Oh no nothing see here. Move along.
That is a diabolical response that confirms I've made the right decision to exit the stock.
