REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX: EM1, “the Company”) refers to its suspension request of 5 November 2020. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests a further extension of the voluntary suspension.The Company requests the voluntary suspension pending the outcome of discussions with the ASX. The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the announcement to the market regarding the above or the commencement of trading on Monday, 16 November 2020.
The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the suspension should not be granted.
The Company confirms that it is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
