I don't understand that part of the response either. You go on a leaderboard (platinum, gold, silver, etc. status; they say this themselves in Q10) to win non-cash prizes. The Crowd1 leaderboards are based on how many other people sign up via your referral.
I think they've extended the suspension because the ASX has probably asked a bunch more questions, not because of the launch date.
