Did you read the response? I love how everyone is acting like EM1 is Crowd1, they are dealing with TIM and have conducted what seems like a base level amount of DD on an association with another entity.
Would you expect all the companies you invest in to perform diligence on their suppliers, suppliers? Doubt it, go away.
