Agree and given the forms need to be signed by the 2 directors it may require them to be in the same building at the same time as Kevin to complete such procedural matters.
PR and the teams responsible for (1) coordinating all aspects of a smooth and successful P3 and (2) distribution deal are the only immediate milestones I'm watching to see if they get it precisely right.
