I agree that some experienced/high quality board members are needed, but it’s not that simple. This isn’t Apple, so you won’t get people fighting for the opportunity just for resume purposes, and BUD doesn’t pay cash to their board (only stock) so that will turn off some people, and finally they need board members who live in Australia and who also have experience in tech. Put all that together and it’s a difficult find.
Primary focus right now is keeping the lights on and getting the plant running at full capacity (supple issues and payment terms/financing). After that, I hope we get some really awesome people on the board. Maybe BUD will have to start paying cash? I dunno…
