    amazon will not be wasting energy buying into bud.

    i have some experience in corp eq plays and first two things any serious investor would do is look at the board and strategic direction. the second they see three directors resigned on mass they would shut the file immediately.

    corporate governance is a key for strategic investors and buds reputation on that front is shot!
