In relation to disciplinary or remedial action against Mr Mikel, RSH has engaged its external lawyers to conduct an independent investigation of the events that have occurred. The Board will consider whether there are any disciplinary, remedial, corrective or preventative actions that need to be taken, following the receipt of the investigation report from the company's external lawyers.In addition to the independent investigation referred to above, RSH will implement additional training programs for its directors and employees around RSH's Trading Policy and continuous disclosure obligations. RSH will also seek external legal review of all of its ASX announcement for the next 12 months
