If you think ponzi schemes to boost numbers are the hall marks of a winning stock, and directors involved with non disclosed shares issued to related parties, this one is for you.
Probably a good candidate for a pump and dump though maybe a quick buck, but I reckon the ASX will be a decent chance of stopping the music here.
