he also assumes that the subscribers are going to renew - there is no hard evidence, or even any data from which it can be inferred from (eg active user numbers), that any meaningful proportion of the subscribers have even logged in to Miggster, let alone will dip into their pockets (again) in order to renew
feels like the clock is ticking on this one, wouldn't want to be holding when the music stops
