you are clearly entitled to your view but you will find many of us will be humoured by what we will say are inaccuracies that drive your view.
1. Incorrect - only the share consideration needed to be attended to due to timing impact of the approval and issue of shares
2. The company provided some additional information which is a common practice.
3. You have no evidence of a company leak.
A disappointing post overlooking fact.
