Archer Materials fields multiple disclosure questions

Sharemarket bolter Archer Materials has been forced to field dozens of questions from listings compliance regulator the ASX over its disclosure to the market.

The questions relate to its disclosure over patent applications in Australia and overseas, alongside questions over its acquisition of licensed IP from the University of Sydney.

On the back of a string of announcements to the market, Archer Materials shares are up 272 per cent over the past year to last close at $1.78 on a market value of more than $400 million. On August 16 shares hit as high as $3.08.

The company says it’s developing a quantum computing chip capable of operating in mobile devices at room temperature and says it believes it has been in compliance with all relevant disclosure to the market rules.
