Bottom line is; Several other countries patent office “ran a ruler over this IP” & it measures up. Some investors could say; 3 balls hit out of the park! Hence, as far as international observers are concerned AXE has a professional approach & ticking most boxes.
Watching many other companies on ASX apply for patents is like watching wet paint dry. The rules are there for a reason & hence it is as if AFR reporter seeks to learn more about “trade secrets” or intellectual property not available to investors or competitors, let alone the market. Nice try for the big news story ?
Bad news stories are good for media as they generate more income! Looking on the bright side the questions asked in media & ASX is generating free media coverage and could attract more future investors.
