Archer's share price ran very, very hard around recent patent announcements - double-digit percentages up on multiple successive trading days - share price almost doubled from $1.50-ish at the start of August in a week; actually did double if you count the intra-day peak of $3.08. No one can possibly be surprised that that could have attracted various people's attention. I'm frankly surprised the attention from the ASX wasn't a lot quicker and tougher; almost looks like someone was asleep at the wheel and now needs to make up for it...
