I talked to Alice at the recent general meeting. She is well & we a had a good chat, and I wished her well for her new future position ( which was mentioned). I don't think I should disclose her legitimate reasons for stepping down (as it is genuine personal reasons). I am a long term investor with AXE and can assure you that both Greg & Alice put the best interests of AXE forward.
Moreover, Alice appeared that she has no intention of selling her AXE shares any time soon. She looked very excited about the technology going forward with AXE. I hope I'm not getting in trouble mentioning the above & no fiancial advice intended.
I'm just trying to set the record straight with speculation about Alice, I find her to be an intelligent & diligent executive at AXE.
