This is all pretty juicy. Looks to me like they did nothing wrong though. The Gov emailed them re the agreement on the morning of 23 August and they announced it straight away. It’s not their fault that media outlets were reporting about them in the days leading up to it. Surely they don’t need to monitor every media outlet and make an announcement every time they’re mentioned in an article.

So that seems pretty straightforward to me.

But as pointed out, their response is 7 days or so after the cutoff defined by ASX. But you’d think if they were going to be suspended they would have done it when they didn’t receive a response by the cutoff?

Interesting to wait and see what happens. Likely nothing I imagine.
