Change of sub holding is only required if you own more than 5% of the company I believe, based on the sells you can bet it was a top 20 selling on the day it was dumped.
Another 9 agencies on board since end of October is decent going, but unfortunately it looks like the dilution between now and break even could be significant. In this announcement it notes Tribis will guarantee their debts for 12 months, so I'm not sure if an alternative to dilution could be a loan or something from Tribis in the works.
