we all have our disasters..the main thing is to sell and cop a hit if you have that conviction and redeploy remaining funds into some thing else.
At my late stage in life I limit my portfolio investment in “ concept stocks” to ~7% of available investment funds..do miss Cap growth opportunities doing that but also avoid too many AHI’s negatively impacting on overall performance.
Situ. will be totally different for others depending on investment risk profiles , ability to generate funds and etc.
