The big issue is the Irish commission, from what I have read the European legal action for PFS has cost in excess of $30M. The maximum penalty is loss of trading ability however this does not look to be the case so a max penalty can be $1M fine. The regulators know this is a drop in the ocean so the real penalty is dragging this out making an example out of the situation. To fight this you need time and a team of very high profile lawers ect. A huge disruption to buisness by the executive team. Once this is over we should see calmer waters and let the fruit ripen with time.
