    My view is that they're awaiting the buyer willing to offer them squintillions for the project/company. They've been waiting ten years and will be waiting a lot longer, given the nature of the mineralisation estimate (I don't call it a Mineral Resource, as defined by Clause 20 of the JORC Code) and the capital structure.
