Yes, we need a clear position on KOLs and their engagement sales-wise.
Also, if the feedback is positive shouldnt there be noise to get other companies aware and engaged. Presentations at things from the KOL stakeholders etc. Real customer, real results, not a half baked product demo where you forget the scissors to open the cartridge packet!
Make some noise.
1. Felix has saved us X amount of effort for each procedure, and with Y amount of improvement in outcomes
2. How we easily integrated Felix into our IVF procedures
3. Why Felix is good for our clinic financially
etc.
