Class action - how ridiculous!

as someone who is 70% down in my holding, I to am hurting, but the idea of a class action is ridiculous.

it is and always was a speculative stock. DW8 is not the only stock to have fallen off a cliff and lost people a lot of money.

is it shitty? Yes! Do I wish it wasnt so? Yes!! Does it appear that DT and team have poorly managed? Yes. But surely this is not class action worthy.

if it’s brought (a class action) you will all be ensuring the multiple nails in the coffin. From someone who believes (blind faith) a small very chance of revival with DW8, can we just let it play out please and put it down to the risk in investing in speccies
