I think Jon came in with serious robust intentions to turn this business around and he is doing a good job, getting good traction. It is the hardest job currently out there... Kudos to him!

His top-up of shares did feel a bit sudden. I think it is because he somehow sensed Bleich orchestrating a deal without taking him in confidence. He saw a window and striked, very smart of him. Well done! The board has been notorious in the past. This time it is Bleich, who seems desperate to wash his hands off Nuix. He has a lot going well for him, except Nuix. He is ashamed to even mention Nuix on his Linkedin Profile! Mentioned everything on there under the Sun, but Nuix!? And he is the Managing Director dammit...

Jon has done a good thing, Bleich is the one last bad apple in the basket after Macquarie Dan, that needs to be discarded sooner than later. Bleich has had to eat his own words, this will take him down and rightly so. Bleich has been singlehandedly brokering a deal, leaving Jon in the dark, not sure about the other directors. Bleich must pay for his actions...

Do you see, how the first notice was authorised by ceo, CFO and not the 'board'? And the second one was from the 'board'? There are frictions happening in the boardroom and the wrong doer will pay a price, this time it is Bleich. He has overstayed his ill-tenure...

Bleich says he turned down Reveal CEO, but who's to attest to that? He had 2 convos? Why the need of second convo if 1st one was turned down?? Bleich is just starting to get a dressing down.. haha

All this is my wild opinion and speculation ofcourse. I am not AFR btw, hahaha...
