Further…. If the consulting fees were income the wording would have been ‘….’generated high consulting fees for the company ….compared to ‘leading to high consulting fees’.
A company generates income and outgoings lead to expenses.
In my opinion the consulting fees relate to what was paid to Conor Marley when he was engaged as a consultant.
