i could be reading too much into this with my optimistic hat on , but discussions apparently commenced 16th Nov...
perhaps Pbh knocked them back again.
2nd Dec Tah then raised 425mil cash
could pbh mgt be angling to get them involved to bid up an eventual sale price or do they want to sell to tah at any cost and not allow tripp and murdochs into the market , are tah even interested at all?
Murdochs sense whats coming from tah raising and proceed to dump pbh shares , force down to 1.20 hoping for pbh mgt to cave in ??
