Interestingly when they started the discussion SP was ~$2, so definitely the offer should have more than that. Since the discussion started the SP sank 40% (before recovering 15%), so definitely someone with the knowledge or interest in this transaction is manipulating the market. Weird thing is that, if PBH management was aware of the ongoing discussion and saw the price manipulation why didn't they proactively announce it to the market??
