This activity was called out by a handful of shareholders at the time. Turns out they were right. What amounts to virtual day trading or speculative trading by employees is specifically mentioned in trading policies these days. It is definitely not a good look as pointed out at the time. Although it has made me uncomfortable that it originated from a CEO the metrics of this company to date are too hard to ignore so I am still an LTH.
