I agree with everything you've said spider5, but it still mystifies me as to what Steve Boland was thinking. I've rarely heard any CEO who is more across his subject matter. So he is absolutely no fool, which means the trading indiscretion can't be put down to a rookie error. Hopefully, the knuckle rap from ASX and from the Board will make all ACF Directors more circumspect about their trading activities, including the timing of share purchases prior to profit guidance upgrades.
