I don't agree at all with your comments. The price of the capital raise would have been set at $5 to attract capital from the various investors. This discount represents the risk premium for those providing the capital and the fact that Weebit stated a discount of 9% to the previous days price supports this.
I don't believe that the BOD released this information but it slipped out somewhere from investment channels but this is immaterial anyway because there would have been a rush to the gates as soon as the CR was announced. In fact it may have been a worse market reaction of panic
