Coby and Dadi are leaders of an ASX300 company now. Simply put they need to be better and we expect better.
They have done a good job thus far, so has Coby. They now have some $100M in the bank.
We are heading to the first steps of revenue.
A complete review of the business structure from the top down needs to occur i believe. Do we have the right people in the right roles with the right support.
Thats not saying sack anybody.
Constant reviews in any business need to occur. Thats just good leadership.
We are now in the ASX300 dealing with Tier 1 companies and i would suggest multi billion dollar customers.
Weebit need to look far more professional. 2 ASX issues this year, and Supreme Court listing.
Still disappointing the raise level. But still a good base for me
