Just digging a bit deeper through this response and hopefully someone else will offer their perspective. It does all seem a bit benign to me. Just the rationale for not providing info. Perhaps the only thing to glean is point 1 - that regarding the info in the 24/5/23 release - "The Company does not consider the Information to be information which a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities" Which makes one think that if Kleos know they need to divulge such info, then selling shares fo 2c should really ring some bells. Unless of course you're staying in suspension indefinitely.
