Great summary stayer. Add in the the MIS and other Fund structured investments and it's not hard to see why people run a mile from anything Agri related!
Mining probably hasn't been much better to be fair, probably even worse managed and with more unscrupulous types... but every now and again a huge "winner" comes along that washes away the memory of all the previous failures. We just haven't really ever had that big winner in Aust Agri investments...
Maybe AAC will prove doubters wrong yet though.
