I have looked at the share price chart from that time, on 5th and 6th Feb 19 the sp actually rose, 7th and Friday 8th fell to just a cent or two below where is was previously on no remarkable volume. Different story after the announcement though, so on that evidence alone there appears to be nothing out of the ordinary. Yeah sure the personal pilots could have got word and sold their few but it is no surprise the relevant board members denied.
"The Indictment alleges (paragraph 10 as reproduced in your letter) that "a board member employed by Tavistock informed Mr Lewis that the losses to the company were material".
