What a pathetic bunch, shows 100% they lied to us about 'advanced negotiations' to pump the stock. An MOU means absolutely nothing commercially and they only had that by October 2023, so nothing was advanced at all.
Why would Saputo do anything with them now, I would be very surprised if something eventuated given the deceptions, imagine what they've lied to Saputo about given what they've done to us shareholders.
Happy the ASX are not letting go of these jokers and holding them to account, it's almost been fraud under the guise of 'sustainability'. Board & management clean out needed asap, otherwise another suspension is definitely on the way!
