Whats their plan in this situation?
More pain for poor shareholders...
I've noticed a trend where shares are issued at discounted prices during debt-to-equity conversions for liable parties. Then they dump these shares on the market to recover their funds,leading to a massive decline in the stock price...
As a result, those waiting to buy and share holders end up covering the debts and facing losses...
So I guess this scam will continue as long as there are buyers available...
