Hans P is a hired gun, a ‘professional’ director. It’s his job to get the basics right, especially in this case when he’s a representative of the company, Delphi, that made the share sale instruction.
Very, very poor.
I hope the new director will improve standards on the board and at least offer an ear to minority shareholders.
