The arrogance of management is really outstanding. Do they not realise they must answer to shareholders? Their responses to questions around solvency, disclosure and the gearing ratio breach confirms that they should go back to uni to study their directors obligations.
Also, it wasn't lost on me that they are pursuing a sale and leaseback of the Mildura facility. So they sell this for pennies on the dollar then still have a large lump of debt left and no assets. Smart idea lol
