I mean this question in the most literal manner:

‘Whose fault is it you invested in CANN and lost heaps of money?’

Lots of people on hotcopper, myself included, questioned the direction of CANN when they opted to go down the Mildura factory direction, I recall specifically questioning the production forecasts/limits given the Mildura factory was designed based on a Canadian factory with a significantly higher level of output. Production cost and economies of scale is just about the most important factor in what is basically a commodity production - this is why companies Coca Cola goes out of it’s way to purchase smaller companies to increase scale. Strategically it’s very important.

I seriously don’t understand how anyone on here thought they would compete internationally. Clearly consumers are okay with a cheap foreign product than an expensive home grown one. That this is news to anyone is interesting…
