Remember guys... minimum 3 Cents (AU$ 75 m )... Maximum nobody knows...What a Fantastic way of doing a deal by management for its shareholders. Even if the partner sells it for less amount, MRQ & it's SHs are entitled for AU$75 million.. This is undeniably the best JV agreement for MRQ SHs...and this management can do these kinds of JV for other projects as well.. Happy to be a part of MRQ.
